How can I use my Gift Voucher?

Official Rules and Regulations Eligibility:

The raffle is open to all event attendees who sign up for the $1,000 gift voucher. Only one voucher per family.

How to Enter:

Sign up for the $1,000 gift voucher to be automatically entered into the raffle. Alternatively, you can enter by hitting the button below the picture of the raffle on the landing page.

Drawing and Winner Selection:

The raffle will be held 30 minutes before the end of the event. You must be present to win. If the selected winner is not present, We will only draw 5 names. If nobody is physically present at time of drawing than we will close raffle and no prize will be given. Only one person can win the raffle.

Prize:

The prize is a Kitchen Aid. The gift will be given at the event and cannot be transported or mailed by us.

Voucher Usage:

The $1,000 voucher can be used towards closing costs, including appraisal fees and rate buy-downs. The voucher can only be applied if you use Choice Home Mortgage and Gregory James Group for the transaction. The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Only one voucher per family.

General Conditions:

By participating in the raffle, entrants agree to abide by these official rules and regulations. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these rules or behaves in a disruptive manner. The organizer is not responsible for any technical issues or failures that may affect the entry process. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
